Okay so , why don’t you talk to her about her situation ? She might just wanna be with him because she doesn’t want him to be hurt… Try to talk to her about her relationship and than , she’ll make decision. You can tell her about your feelings , but don’t rush. She decide what she really wants. You just gotta wait and talk to her. Just don’t rush and let her decide what she wants.
